A fresh food manufacture was going through a transition period in order to supply the major retailers.
Through expansion it opened a new site, transferring some operations to the new site as well as installing new equipment and process capabilities. This expansion required new skill sets not currently within the teams and a better understanding of job roles and grades.
There was not the capability or the resource internally to carry out a full review of current skill sets and those required; as such, Industrious were assigned the project.
We mapped out the different job roles across the site and also looked at the future tasks that could be encompassed within the defined job grades. Visual information was provided for the site team along with assessments on training and development for current and future staff.
This framework was used to demonstrate the site capabilities, and increase the confidence of the new customer base.
