Industrious ensures all workers undertake an English test regardless of nationality. It is vital that they understand safety within the workplace and the skills required to do the job. We worked in co-operation with Hull College to produce a comprehensive online assessment.

The Eucanlearn test measures your workforce's level of English literacy, listening, how well they understand work-based signage and how numerate they are. It is based around the internationally recognised ESOL framework, a credible standard, and it is specifically designed for a manufacturing environment - only available from Industrious.

Over 70% of the overseas workers we interview achieve an equivalent to ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Level 3. And that makes them a safer, more productive addition to the workforce.
