We talk to everyone we can, from Directors, Senior Management and HR to Team Leaders and Line Workers. Once we get to grips with the pattern of demand, where bottlenecks and shortages occur and what can threaten a supply chain breakdown, we can begin to offer some concrete solutions.
Simply filling staff numbers alone is often only a temporary fix and it won’t make problems go away. But we suggest alternative ways of working that often answer business needs in the longer term. Re-structuring shift patterns, new approaches to overtime, reviewing production targets, skills evaluation and training are just some of the solutions we offer.
ON SITE MANAGEMENT
We have extensive experience of managing contracts onsite with workforces anywhere between 50 and 1,000 strong. Our teams have multi lingual skills and coordinate all aspects of supply and service including:

DIRECT RECRUITMENT FROM OUTSIDE UK
When we have thoroughly explored the local labour market and fulfilling staff requirements still proves to be not viable, we can use our facilities to source workers directly through our European branch in accordance with our standard quality procedures.
They are offered support with relocation to assist their move to the UK, help with travel and finding accommodation near to their place of work. Every worker is assigned a welfare officer to provide ongoing pastoral care for the duration of their contract - a service we offer free of charge.
LOCAL RECRUITMENT
Workers are sourced locally through our established UK labour pool. We have recruited over 2000 people who have completed rigorous screening processes including manual and computerised testing and English assessments. This means we can respond quickly to clients' changing needs and provide fast and flexible staffing solutions.
PERMANENT PLACEMENTS
We can organise targeted recruitment projects to attract candidates with the relevant skill sets and the appropriate behaviours and competences to match our clients' culture. If required, we can conduct assessments, aptitude testing and personality profiling.
